Pierre-Carly conducts a root-cause analysis upon arrival in new organizations to clarify the true needs and goals required to turnaround a multi-location entity.  Pierre-Carly’s laser-focus on data creates an objectivity that illuminates the true potential of a firm.  By analyzing historical data, Pierre-Carly unveils trends that must be overcome to achieve success.  Pierre-Carly uses quality instructional practices, operations management, and leadership to bolster the success of her organizations. Under Pierre-Carly’s leadership, accelerated transformation is an understatement.  As an example of a one-year turnaround, Pierre-Carly led her Dallas-Fort Worth region of four brick-and-mortar buildings to become one of the top five regions up from a ranking of 29 out of 34.  She was the first woman to achieve an Associates in Business/Programmer Analyst from Central Texas College after teaching herself C and C++.  She attended Northwood University and earned an Associates in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.  She received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Argosy University and received an additional Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
